Gerald Morton (ANZIV SPINZ FREINZ) is a Registered Valuer in both Property (Land and Buildings) and Plant and Machinery. He is a Senior Member of the Property Institute Of New Zealand, an Associate of the Institute Of Valuers, has held a Practicing Certificate since 1980, he is also a Fellow Of The Real Estate Institute Of New Zealand.

He has been involved in Valuations of Property, Plant and Chattels through out South Canterbury, specializing in Valuations of Hospitality outlets through out the central South Island including the Central Otago and Southern Lakes region.

Morton & Co have a proud history of providing expert advise to clients involved in a variety of business activities, many of their clients are repeat clients and have used their Consulting services for over 20 years.

The reporting format and Valuations have been approved by leading lending Instiutions and relied upon for Mortgage Valuations, Insurance Certification, IFRS reporting, Asset assessment, Rental Assessments and Consulting advice.
